Math: We will begin division in chapter 5.
Use the text to look ahead. Homework practice from pages 53-56 evens only for
homework.
Reading: We will continue reading The Best
Halloween Ever in Lit. groups. We will work on characters, sequence, connections,
main idea, and themes.
Science: We will review our tests on
Botany, and start at new booklet on Zoology.
Social Studies: We will prepare our plans
for the fund raising yard sale as if you are running your own small business.
You will do the majority of the work at school, but your inventory, or raw
materials for goods made will be done at home. You will also have to have
change from home to be able to do business.
We will make advertisements, set up a
business plan, and work though some connected materials as well. It will be a
great time, but also a learning experience. It is a perfect opportunity to
sharpen the saw.
